Lim Hui Nam is a Senior Associate at Amica Law LLC. Her main area of practice relates to the non-contentious and contentious aspects of intellectual property management and protection, including:

• Filing and prosecution of trade marks
  
  
• Conducting trade mark searches and common law searches;
  
  
• Assisting in advisory work related to trade marks and copyright;  
  
  
• Assisting in managing clients' trade mark portfolios in Singapore and regionally, including including filing and prosecution of trade marks as well as maintenance and renewal of trade mark registrations;
  
  
• Assisting in contentious trade mark opposition and revocation actions;
  
  
• Conducting trade mark audits and due diligence reviews; and 
  
  
• Advising on and drafting of various intellectual property agreements, including trade mark licensing and assignment agreements.

Hui Nan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2006 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007.
